Florida Keys vacation rental for 3 or 4 families?

I am looking for a waterfront "compounds" that have the following amenities: boat moorings bath (pool area basketball would be great too) large yard (preferably a couple of acres) of units up to 4 families I know there some farms with major houses and rooming houses, or something, but I've been on farms in the past, key reserves the week you need. Does anyone know of something similar. Prefer north of Marathon (Islamorada would be ideal) Week of AUG 2.9 or Aug 9-16
