Is it legal in my vacation to Florida to rent a different hotel rooms and leave my son alone for 13 years?
Is it legal in my vaction to Flordia to rent 2 differnt hotel rooms and leave my 13 year old son alone by himself in one room while I stay in a room different health? I will checks on him often and / or calling him. Rooms will be together in the same building. current condominium with a time share is full and no we can get rooms that are together, as I said I will be checking it often.
This may or may not be legal. You might be better looking a 2-bedroom hotel or a hotel room efficiency with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom. You will probably pay about the same to do so. Why Why take the risk of being arrested for neglect, abuse, or worse if your child has some kind of problem without you being there to help. You is the father and you would be accountable. Play it safe.
