Last year we rented a farm house in Solana Resort in Davenport, which was about 10-15 minutes away from major attractions. The resort offers much more in comparison with other towns, I have detailed what I feel are the main advantages of renting a resort style complex.

One of the highlights of the town was a fabulous state of the art clubhouse with its center in the size of the heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees, this was really a great place to relax and unwind. The favorite place of my son was the Games Arcade room where there is plenty of both popular modern arcade games along with more traditional games such as hockey and pinball machines.

The best thing for me, the complex is gated community is the perfect place to return after a hectic time in the parks. You can relax, or if you or the children still have some energy you can dive right in the resort pool or perhaps play mini-golf.
If you are feeling really energetic there is always room, so he was equipped with a treadmill, rowing, cycling and a state of the art weight machine. Resort facilities are for residents who were issued with a pass at the start of the holiday to us allowed residents to use the facilities at any time.

The resort was ideal for all Central Florida attractions. Only 15 minutes from Disney and nearly all other major theme parks such as Universal, Seaworld, Wet 'n Wild and Discovery Cove. The Space Coast and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex are only an hour away and the fabulous beaches of the Gulf Coast just an hour, but well worth it as Clearwaters has magical beaches.

If the a day in the shops that are after the Solana resort was perfectly located. So do not be surprised that here are several shopping centers in the Florida road. The principal of the Florida Mall is also just a short drive, so its not too far to travel to enjoy the amazing bargains.

If you have children with you, then one of the great advantages of Solana Resort is the safety and security it offers. As a closed community that there is no through traffic and the facilities are for exclusive use of homeowners and their guests. This allowed our children to mix with other children in the pool, resort, game room or area gambling while taking the sun by the pool, resort. This is one of the many advantages of renting a villa in this resort community specialist.

The villa we rented was equipped to offer a high level air-conditioned, private pool, a full-service kitchen, game room, computer games and electronic games, DVD's, CDs, etc. The house had everything you could wish for.
