Some people have a real problem with secondhand smoke. Allergies, sinus problems, and susceptible to upper respiratory infections to be in environments smoky, very difficult. If you are also a person who enjoys seeing live music performances, being a smoker can not really put a crimp in your enjoyment. A visit to Key West, Florida can be an enjoyable experience for the nonsmoker. It is a city known for itâ € ™ s bars and live music. But best is to be in a tropical climate, where the definition of a bar often means a room with few or no walls. People Yes, they are almost outside. The cool evening breezes of tropical and funky ceiling fans often have unpleasant smoke from her face. You can simply sit and enjoy the entertainment.
If you have never been Key West, you should know that is as far south as you can go in the continental United States. It is at the southern tip of Florida, at the end of a chain of interconnected islands popularly known as the Keys. A series of long bridges take you from island to island, right on the ocean waves. For those of you who may have a fear of heights, it's good to know that even the longest of these bridges rather skim along only 20 feet or less from surface waters. The main street in Key West, Duval Street, is just a mile from the ocean on the Atlantic coast of the island in the Mallory Square Dock in the Gulf of Mexico. It is a street made for fun. Cafes, restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, and best of all the bars and pubs line both sides of the street for nearly itâ ™ € s total length. This is a place made for the nightlife.
Most people visit Key West in the winter months to escape the harsh north. You should be aware of the fact that this is the busiest time to visit. The rooms can be difficult to achieve and attractions can be very crowded. The late summer and autumn is hurricane season. There are fewer people then, but may be too an adventure few people. That leaves the summer.
Summers are hot and humid in this tropical paradise stifling. Fortunately, there is a plan easy it can continue to enjoy less crowded this time of year for your visit to Key West. Finding a place to stay near Duval Street. On the Atlantic side of the island is the best. It is less congested and offers the opportunity to travel the entire length of this street exciting day. The first and most importantly, always sleep late. Itâ € ™ s people on vacation!
Sometime after 8 or 9 am to show your face to the world. You have a couple of days in early refrigerator hours to play a bit of sightseeing. He hit one of several museums in Nice, visit the Hemingway house, visited the aquarium, spend some money on one of the many gift shops, or any other tourist activity you can come up with. The important thing is to get back into some air conditioning 11 hours. Eat something, read a book, take a nap, hug your honey, or just Goof.
Around 5 pm, head down Duval and find something to eat. Timing is important. It should be clear by Duval, sitting on a dock at Mallory Square cafà © eat Key lime pie and beer consumption in Jamaica as the sun sets over the Gulf. You do not want to miss that. It is one of the five best sunsets in the world.
When itâ € ™ s dark and much cooler it is time to gradually make their way back across the island. There is music everywhere. It echoes in the streets and fills the mind with pleasure. It is not jazz, blues, country, the island pop and lounge cowardly acts in every bar and cafes © sidewalk on both sides of the street. And since you're basically out in the open, the smoke is not a problem. This is a nonsmokerâ ™ € s paradise insurance. Take the time you want to walk to Duval. You have all night. Tomorrow we will do it again. Remember to always sleep late. You'll need all the sleep you can get.
