Is buying a vacation property in Florida a good idea?
I live in Ohio and I wonder if a property in Florida that I would try to take rented most time would be a good investment.
With prices of property taxes and insurance as high as they are here in Florida at this time, it would be a good idea, because once it was. You will have a much harder time making money with it as a rental, which would in recent years (before our bad hurricane year).
