What can I take my vacation to the airport for 6mos old?

Hello, let's Florida for 8 days and I have a 6mos old … We are staying in a house and since she did not crawl, etc., I wondered what I might check in at the airport? She uses her walker and Exersaucer ….. etc. daily wondering if anyone traveling with a baby and take any of their big toys with them? She will be so miserable for a week with nothing to do but sit and rub on the floor …. tot We are traveling with and friends who have children under 2 years for it is not safe just sitting on the floor. (I looked at rents of toys and are very very expensive) Thanks for the tips you may have to make this trip enjoyable …. I use the canned formula, so I'll take the can and bottled water .. but baby formula is allowed .. O)

Look at one of the companies hire baby equipment. I am not promoting this, but its use only as an example, https: / / / babysawayrentals.com Default.asp In this way, you will not have to fly with anything. If only hired one or two elements, it would be too expensive. Ask your friends to view some garage sales, if time permits. Exersaucers appear much in them and the mother of a group of friends' equipped his own house to visit her grandchildren in this way. Have your friends, just ask around. You'd be surprised how long people keep baby's things in his garage. Ask them to ask any grandparents out of town grandchildren. Check out Craigslist or Ebay and have it delivered to your home. The Exersaucer is fine, but walkers are not good for child development. Orthopedist of my children were really prohibit my children and my uncle is a physical therapist. If you mention walkers to him, he locked the railing on the evils of those contraptions. People ER also hate because they are the drivers of a lot of injuries. I especially want to take care to use one in a strange place. It is not allowed to be sold in Canada. You can also get one of the bumblebees seats to see if it will sit and play with toys in a Cushin front of her. A kind of "improvised Exersaucer. But not rent your seat. Carry on the plane and try to get a seat for your baby. That and the usual count against your baggage Buggy. You could try check the Exersaucer but while the Exersaucer is not heavy, it could exceed diamentions allowed. Contact your airline for more information alowance luggage which are usually on their sites. Maybe take it apart and put it in a canvas bag with a large amount of clothing around. Be nice at check-in and I hope that overlook if is large. if it contains parts battery operated, make sure not to eliminate squeeking starts singing or beebing on the road. Security is not fun. I actually take the battery controlled toys, put them in a plastic bag and tape to the toy bag not to lose and know that the batteries to be the issue. I wrote an article for a local newsletter, as I am an ex-F / A transatlantically flying with my own children. I expanded the article and put it on a blog to share. It's completely noncommercial. I go into details about getting a seat for your child, how to get the seat through the airport, etc. http://flyingwithchildren.blogspot.com Have a good time, what work out solution!
