Florida Vacation Guide

I have a gift voucher for a vacation in Florida. Sounds Legit?

I received this from my mortgage lender (a reputable company in South Florida) to do business with them. It's for a holiday of 3 days / 2 nights to 7 days/6nights for 2 adults / 4 children in a hotel room less than two miles Disney. It also includes a one-day cruise with meals, complimentary breakfast, and bus service to the vessel or the theme parks of the area and the discount Disney TIX. Does this sound legitimate? It is $ 25 per night. We are planning a trip to Disney anyway and this helps reduce our costs dramatically. Have you ever done this before? The website indicates that in several different areas that is NOT a time share. No fine print at the heel of cash that worries me a little. I have to call in Actually the book number to get depleted.
