Vacation rentals off the Gulf side of Florida?

Spring break for us is the first full week of April, and I like to spend their vacation in Florida, but my budget is tight. I'm looking for something clean, a few miles from the beach. An efficiency, cabin, condo or small house that can sleep 3 (my husband, my 10 year old teen and I … not hot!) would be perfect. I searched the web for holiday rental, but I have no idea what sites are the best or how to find the best prices. Any advice would be appreciated!

Completely quiet – 40 miles south of Panama City (ie, not insane). Gulf Beach-side is literally on the street. The breakfast was freakin outstanding! We hope that the same woman is still management. I am very highly recommended!
