Going on vacation can be very expensive if you do your research before you go. There's the transportation, accommodation, where to eat and what to do. Today we freedom to discuss things to do while visiting Orlando.

If you stay near Disney World, but not in a Disney hotel, you can still enjoy the facilities of Disney for yourself for free. You can park in any of the Disney hotels and use the free transport for travel to and from individual stations. The theme resorts, as the Royal Pacific, The Wilderness Lodge, and Grand Floridian are welcome to walk. You can take the monorail to and from the Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge. The hotels also have different decorations depending on the season.

Down Town Disney is free and offers many things to enjoy. There are the Disney stores, shops fun and the river area. You can take a boat trip down the river and see the beautiful Disney Hotels in passing. The boat Down Town Disney Port Orleans takes an average of 30 minutes and is free top ride. Port Orleans is also very beautiful and looks like houses in the late 1800's Gone With The Wind.

Old Town in Kissimmee is only 10 minutes Disney and is a lot of fun. They have a lot of shops, attractions like bumper cars, go carts, and thrill rides. It's free to park and walk. There is Crusin on Saturday nights. That an average of 400 entries in the classic hot rod and crusin cars. Find a place in the main street and see the cars cruise by.

Celebration is next to Old Town and not just a city but an experience. Enter the most perfect place on Earth. The houses are well manicured and all sit perfectly in line goes down the street. Walk around the area of the city and enjoy shopping, music and movies, if time allows. It's free park and walk.

If staying near Universal Studios and Orlando, there are plenty of free stuff to do here as well. Universal City Walk is always free to walk around and parking is free after 6pm. There are plenty of shops to keep you busy for a couple of hours. Visit the Hard Rock Hotel, The Resort Pacific Island, and the Hotel Portofino, while you are there. All are well designed and are a great way to have an informal conversation with friends. Universal also has a free boat service that takes you to walk to the different hotels.

The Gaylord Hotel is a great place to visit. The parking is not always free, but if you have a group of people definitely pay for itself. Designed after the famous Gaylord Hotel in Nashville, but with an outbreak of Florida. It is a great place to enjoy year-round outdoor round inside. The central area around the hotel is covered by a giant glass roof. There are plenty of trees, waterfalls, and a ship that is in the water and works as a restaurant. You can easily walk about 2 to 3 hours to get bored.

If you like shopping, is the Mall at Millennia, The Florida Mall and Fashion Square Mall all close by. It is only free if you do not buy anything.

From Park Avenue in Winter Park is just north of downtown Orlando and is a lovely place to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere. Visit unique shopping and high-end stores taking in the beauty of tree lined streets. It's free to watch.

Harry P. Leu Gardens is not free, but I thought I would let you know about it. It is only about $ 4 per person and well worth the small investment. Located just north of downtown Orlando off of Virginia Drive, which leads out of town at the same time being in the city. Walk the path of beautiful native Florida landscape and stop to smell the roses in one of the largest in Central Florida Rose Gardens. Take the tour of the house Leu Gardens is included in admission.

There are many state parks in Florida and many are free, are not cost that much though. Visit Big Tree Park in Longwood, which is 15 minutes north of downtown Orlando, if you want to see the oldest cypress tree in the registry of more than 2,000 years old.

Lake Eola in downtown Orlando is a great place to walk as you can walk around the entire lake within an hour. Enjoy the natural beauty of trees along with the historic skyscrapers that circle the lake.

Cranes Roost Park in Uptown Altamonte Springs is a pleasant experience free. It is approximately 20 minutes north of downtown Orlando, but worth the visit. It's a nicely decorated park that circles of Cranes Roost Lake. Walk down the long promenade that crosses the lake while listening to contemporary music playing in the background.

There are many other things, the freedom to do in Orlando just get creative. You could have the experience of a lifetime.
