The Florida Keys are a tropical archipelago consisting of a whopping 1,700 islands located off the coast of the peninsula of Florida. They have fantastic weather tropical year round, but summers can be hot and humid, so the warm welcome from November to May is probably the best option for travelers. The function keys of many endemic animals native to this area, and a variety of key foods are served beloved in the islands. These things, along with the breathtaking beauty tropical and relaxation of the beach life, visitors to an exotic adventure, while still feeling at home.

The most famous of the keys is Key West, which is the farthest of the islands of the Florida peninsula. In fact, is just 145 kilometers (90 miles) from Cuba. The island is a popular port for cruise ships, and also hosts the annual "Spring Break" festivities and PrideFest, a week of celebration put on by the gay and lesbian community. The sunsets from the pier in Key West are known to be surprising and can be enjoyed along the long promenade to the beach or Mallory Square. Old Town Key West is a beautiful little tourist town, with its colonial architecture illusion. The most interesting place for tourists is palm Duval Street with its bars, cafes, restaurants and stores. This is the place becomes night. The lush vegetation of the island also offers some relaxation provides some leaks. Nancy Forester's Secret Garden, and the number West Forest and Botanical Garden are worth visiting for its pleasant tropical vegetation.

The Florida Keys can be accessed by the Overseas Highway, a road across the ocean from the Florida peninsula through the archipelago, which connects all the islands together and with the continent. The view from the dual carriageway are spectacular, and possibly will be the highlight of your trip. Alternatively, you can fly in one of the small airports in the keys, the natural arrival being the point of Key West.
