Florida Vacation Guide

I live in Florida? ? not on vacation home rental?

I'm looking to move to Florida because I can not stand the cold. I've been there many, many times, so I'm pretty sure you want to do. I have some problems with spines Maryland time makes it worse. Anyway, does anyone know the best so you can find a town house, rental house or trailer? Flexible in the area, while the people are friendly. Just do not want any part super snob. Many thanks and any advice is much appreciated Florida too.

There are rentals on craigslist.org You can also contact a property agent roots. Most of them have a list of properties. You need to decide where to go. Orlando has terrible traffic jams and has lots of crime because it is a tourist center. The Panhandle is colder than other areas of Broward County and Palm Beach County have a lot of people who moved northeast and beautiful beaches there. Miami is exciting, but expensive. The Tampa / St. Pete area has affordable houses and is more of a community year-round season. Sarasota has a lot of retirees, but it is expensive and seasonal, so many people leave for the summer. The Cape Coral area increased very rapidly with a huge influx of people and is trying to build an infrastructure to deal with him. For that reason, housing is cheaper there.
