Has anyone used the Florida Five Star Vacation Rentals?

I know it'sa little late to ask, but hoping someone has rented through and maybe they would help stop my sister to think negatively about them. I check the Better Business Bureau of Florida and found nothing. The place usually rent houses of cards, so I decided to go with the Florida Five Star and got us a house next to the pool 1 mile from Disney, now my sister thinks that we will end up in a vacant lot without a home. If anyone has ever used this company please let me know. Thanks!

I that that company is a house for you, and you rent through them. It would be cheaper just to find a vacation home yourself, and deal directly with the owner. I've rented houses before in Orlando, and this is how I prefer to do business. Have you seen the photos of this particular house? I read about companies that show pictures of a house, and you have a "comparable". That usually translates as "not as nice as the one pictured. Most owners have their own websites. You may also want to search or Tripadvisor www.tripadvisor.com raise this issue in the Orlando forum to see if other travelers have used before.
