"Gentlemen start your engines", those four words excite race fans everywhere. We here in Florida are fortunate to have several places where words are spoken, but none more famous crowd pleasing then our own Daytona Speedway.

Daytona Speedway has many different types of races throughout the year for many different types of racing fans. Bike Week and Biketoberfest, held in the winter and autumn respectively, depending on all motorcycle racing and shows, and then again in the winter passes Speed Week and other famous races like the 24 hour race and the Rolex Daytona 500 is run.

Now, NASCAR was born out of racing, born boot legging in Appalachia during Prohibition. Smugglers, as they were called, rapid tourism needs to escape police as they made their deliveries, many drivers made their own modification of their cars to speed up vehicles and manipulation.
